The problem with 1* wit is it could be anything else. You’re hurting on what it could be. If it were 3* stam/speed/power, you’d go a whole lot farther with each run.
3* long does absolutely nothing for you over lower * if you’re starting your run with Aptitude already at A. You’re capped at S from just a single * if it triggers the pink spark.
