Observations after playing Hybrid Rune: ER needs much more earth sigil generation. Especially to keep Lilanthim online. Rami is cuttable, I'd argue Edel & Juno are not, and the Owl is a bad generator.

Also had issues with getting burned down but Norman will help with that a lot, giving the deck 24-36 potential healing.
