Tldr stats base stats (its random) and they can only increase from 0 to 200%
Ideally you aim for 100%+ on all good stats
Stat priority is atk>atk%>crit>cdmg
Flat atk is op due to how formulas work and that it counts as base attack after addition
While you cant max crit, and its omega hard thanks to cringe base stat rng
For example a base 3.5% can go 10.5% at max roll(200%+) but a 5% base only need 100%+ to reach 10% crit
So building crit is omega hard
Dont bother rerolling until all ideal substats on item
And dont be very greedy with stats
The orange chip changes it from 0 to 200 to 100 to 200 but its pr sub stat so you need luck and 4 chips pr one potentially peak roll
