Omg artian weapon roll are predetermined, I crafted 4 weapons to try it out, quit w/o saving and redid it again, all 4 had the exact same 5 roll even if I swapped the element or creation bonus on those weapon. So you can basically fish for the perfect roll with trash combination (same rarity) and once you know after how many weapon you get the 5 rolls desired then you craft the throw away weapon until you hit the numbers of attempt that you get the desired roll

Changing lobby / doing a quest doesn't change the order of predetermined roll. Everything is on a table it seems

You can't fish for Artian mats at the pots however because it auto save instantly

The problem with LS is that lots of people go for it and think it's easy to master then they die nonstop because they can't land a counter and keep stun locking their allies The skill ceiling of the weapon is to master the 3 counter.

Mastering the ISS is one of the best feeling I had in MH

Like dark souls, your parry begins and ends from the start of the animation, in MH, the parry only counts as the weapon makes contact

You can literally spam ISS with animation cancel

and they made it easier with Wilds because if you land a ISS you can insta sheathe w/o animation cancel

Like you can be at the start or end of foresight and if you are off, you don't get any counter

ye one of the things with foresight is you want to foresight into the monster

otherwise it misses sometimes

But in dark souls, even if your parry is towards the end of the animation, you still get a parry as long as the enemy hits you

Imo ISS is easier

55 with max evade window i think
