and then you can swap which costume you want to use as bonding
coz unlock costume potentials also unlocks bonding stats
and certain costumes will always have better stats bonding stats than the others depending on your build
this is mainly for min-maxing but to min-max what gloves to craft will depends on what costume bonding you're using
but if you're too lazy to do all that you can always go for the atk%+flat atk gloves coz alot of costume bonding have atk%
also some exlusive also can have % rather than flat
i think michaela's 1 of the few units with an EE that gives flat matk instead of %
tldr def+def armor and helm, atk%+flat atk gloves for physical

every UR exclusive gear is the same tier as a t4 UR crafted gear so they will always have the same base stats and can roll the same value sub stats but the only difference is if you look at the exclusive gear they will have a stat called exclusive ability and what ever stat it is then that's the only thing that's going to be different than it's t4 UR crafted counterpart
here's an example
they have the same refinement which is B+B+S so if you notice the basic stats are identical but the only difference with the exclusive gear is that exclusive ability
and exclusive abilities are fixed stats so it can't be re-rolled and most exclusive gears are mainly worth it if it's a dps exclusive gear coz it will always give that extra atk/matk but there are some exceptions like for example eclipse EE is good but it's mainly good in pvp where you'd want crit rate coz in pve you get the most out of using venomous touch over her EE coz you don't want crit rate in pve coz you'd rather have more dmg and just fish for the crit

both their EEs are good but it all comes down to if you're feeling lucky and you want to chase their bis gear or you'd rather save up for the upcoming collab coz you could randomly get their EE from pulling off banner like the chance is low but it exist and there's always a t4 crafted alternative and the only difference will be a bit of less matk coz of the exclusive ability difference but it can still roll the same sub stats and values
also when it comes to pulling for EE you never pull for it until the last day of their banner
coz EE banner rates are really high that you might get it randomly from a daily free pull and since there's no benefit into pulling copies of it coz you don't get refunds like pulling a costume so there's no reason to actually waste pulls to get it early

the reason why it's a guild raid is coz members of a guild will have to work together to clear stages to level up the lancelot and then the boss atk is literally just like a field hunter but instead of a personal score it's every member's score accumulated to raise the guild's ranking
tbh the mode can be what ever but the important thing about it is there's a guild shop where you can buy pulls, tear of goddess, mats for engraving, and awakening elixir
