Even an ID like chicken Sinclair has somewhat good utility for Heishou team with his EGOs.

Also the death buff they provided for Lord Hong Lu is too broken.

Its better to fuse to get the event exclusive gifts instead of refreshing shop

Thus the getting all gifts from buying and event exclusive from fusion and the generic fusion ones

for heishou i usually run poise starting gifts (first 2)

try to get nebulizer in floor 1, don't pick the unloving pack if you're planning to speedrun

then fish (or gift search) for rupture gifts like talisman + thunder branch is a must

then go to hell's chicken pack on 2nd floor to get potentially three tier 3 to get a tier 4 asap, get clear mirror gift (tier 4 poise) for win condition or thrill (tier 4 rupture)

to get a tier 4 you combine two tier 3s and a tier 2 assuming it's only a normal shop

don't try to upgrade right away as more gifts is better value, except if you're upgrading tier 4s though talisman is worth maxing asap

But if your going for floor 15 ,offense is slightly better as a future dante ability can equalize it but clash power cant be equalized so offense level is better to take in that scenario
