If you wanna build non walp burn the 2 new burn units you have, liu 3* all 3 and liu ryoshu. 2* ryoshu is good has decent dmg and it fuels her base ego easily on burn team (which also inflicts burn conveniently)

In md no, you can put charge on any team and use tier 1 and tier 2 gifts (even the warp train) gifts have some gifts that buff you just for having charge, so in md you dont remove gifts that give you buff for having charge

Kinda same with poise you get all poise gifts unless it requires poise to be generated from skills
