My 2 biggest advice is you can cheese most of the dangerous activity with alt f4 to avoid waiting 18h to recover a full wiped squad (you can also walk out boss arena somehow to reset it but alt f4 is better since it fully regen your teams hp) and Upgrade part gives so much, lvl 3 part upgrade give me +50% of my squad power KEKL. Synchro also heavily boost your unit (the dogshit one you never used have a use now)
