It's a MG user like xLudmilla (bullet mechanic) with Rocket launcher radius when charging her drill depending on her bullet usage

If she is the norm for Over-spec Nikke, it's clearly a attempt to push powercreep which is fine by me as long they are not common like Pilgrim

u can swap sbs/redhood depending what element u need

she serves a dual role as burst one or burst 3. her burst one cooldowns make it so you get more bursts in, while at the same time she does great dmg
liter is still ok, but rapi just adds more dmg to your fights, by doing similar to liter.
liter rebuilds your precious cover, but rapi does more dmg.
