3 potential reasons

i use anis to burst because both our bursts should theoretically be a wash cuz of noah

but anis hits p5, and that's jackal, and that means jackal gets hit 5 times, which emans scarlet gets hit 5 times, so that's more burst gen than otherwise

i should ditch anis and put someone in like sbs or red hood, who can still wipe the team but don't feed scarlet too many stacks

or it's the ghost hits that give no burst gen

or that dude actually has quadruple cs lines on all his chars

all at 5%
