if i recall it was pretty decent damage it was just impossible to use him and it was a 40% chance and also he would do nothing to large parts of enemy team because everyone has defense scaler on their team

so he would just not pen defense at all and someone's ayufine/karina/etc would just take like 2000 damage

but with ilynav he might be kinda crazy cause you will also double up on defense buffs and he gets cleansed by her as well
