General Evelyn Lighter Astra Gameplay
I'll post more concrete findings videos at a later date but for now here's some gameplay for Evelyn Lighter Astra. She works well as a sustained and Stun-dedicated DMG Dealer in my opinion.
It's quite important to save resources for Stun as she takes a while to gain them and will waste a lot of Stun duration trying to gain Meter during it.
