problem with burn/shock is that when disorder triggers the dot of the first anomaly deals its full dmg instantly and the other dot only does the damage it acumulated until then

so its a little weaker than assault (only burst) + one of the 3 dot anomalies

UNLESS i completely misunderstood how the disorder mech works
