er is optional for her, it just lets you use her heal more frequently, doesnt affect her buffing abilities

would switch that for def

def also buffs her healing abiliites so i would use def circlet

otherwise it looks good. crit is totally pointless on her as buffer unless you have c6

even then kinda pointless

xilo is queen because she literally doesnt care about build, just slap def% main stat and whatever you got out of her preferable substats and youre good to go

What they are calling deceptive is that you have to math out how many pulls you are actually buying. Protection from idiots not knowing how many wishes they are buying cause they can't be bothered to do basic math. At worst its the removal of the current currency packs from global. At minimum its just introducing an option to outright buy the pulls with them telling you exactly how many pulls you are getting. As far as age goes that is going to be really hard to enforce and probably just be some disclaimer you sign or put a date into that states you are 16 or older that many websites use now. It would be a nightmare to actually enforce otherwise because a lot of payment methods such googlepay, apple, paypal, and playstation network are things they can't do anything about.
