well i can't say who you need to go for but i can tell you what would happen if you ue40 s.hosh or ue50 d.hina

ue40 s.hosh can be used as both utility and tank in most content as she can increase atk and cost recovery and be tankier with the passive+ which gives her def

ue50. dhina gives you passive+ that increases attack and crit and increases her advantage in indoor areas, so she'll be a hyper carry single attack, mostly on red raids

imo i'd just go ue40 s.hosh

general team comp: 1 tank per team, later missions have max 3 teams per map so realistically 3 tanks is enough for story. use yuuka and tsubaki. atk/armor type dont matter for tanks theyre tanking and story maps dont have an atk type just armor

same specials on all maps for the most part, healer (only if youre dying) + iroha/makoto. iroha is strong enough to carry your ass the entire time

as for strikers, u already understand the color triangle. but if u really want the finer details, aoe and/or low cost skills are the best, ie shanako. mutsuki/akari also good

u want low cost ex so u can cycle back to the skill u need. whether its another aoe or another heal so u dont die

gun type can also play a role. machine guns and assault rifle users have faster auto atks (aa) so they can kill enemies without having to use their ex, ie hina mutsuki serika
