Hello,
my Microsoft account was recently hacked. The attacker logged in from Russia and managed to change my email address and password, so I no longer have full access to my account.
I am still logged in on the Xbox app and the Microsoft Store, but I cannot sign in through the browser or manage my account settings anymore.
I already tried to submit an account recovery request, but it was automatically rejected after a few seconds, without giving me the chance to add details.
This account is very important to me and contains personal data.
I would really appreciate any help on how I can secure and recover my account, or what steps I should take next.
