OneDrive is pre-installed, Yes annoying, but Its not signed in at default, even on a User account that has a Microsoft account, So You can easily uninstall OneDrive from Control panel or the start menu, And it WONT effect your files, (as long you dont login into the app its self), theres No options in OOBE, correct, but You can still opt out for OneDrive
