Hello! I have an issue that occurs when i try to install the Windows 11 Iso file, on Microsoft official website, but it returns with an error

Now i haven't had this issue until recently, and ive tried everything from
Clearing my cookies/cache
Disabling my vpn
Changing my browser
Does this issue have a fix? I personally think it might be an IP banned issue, where Mircosoft banned my IP from installing the Windows 11 Iso.
I am on Linux and im using the windows 11 iso file to run a Virtual Machine
