#Disable shortcut for speech recognition

I want to disable this shortcut: Win + H and some other shortcut, both of which triggers some kind of speech recognition, and the other one literally reduces the height of the screen to show a "do I want to enable speech recognition" pop up which has animations that take too long.
This stuff is really getting annoying and I couldn't find any place to disable this
