Please some one help me I have downloaded “Equalizer Apo” like one hour ago and I choose all of my microphones there were and now when I restarted my laptop the fans or speakers kept getting louder and louder and louder please if someone knows how to fix this please help me 🙏

I think you have enabled "Listen to this device" in audio settings, which plays back whatever sound microphone receives out of the speaker, which results in a feedback loop.
