When trying to doing something with my computer boots i acidentally deleted the UEFI boots and when trying to use the computer regilarlry it says no operating system how do i fix this

you mean EFI boot loaders in the EFI partition?

go into WinPE the steps are:
mountvol Z: /s
bcdboot C:\Windows /s Z: /f UEFI
mountvol Z: /d
