I need help signing into my account that Microsoft thinks doesn’t exist

Can someone please explain
I know my email
I know my username
I know my password
But it says my account doesn’t exist
And I tried to reactivate my account and it said to sign in
And of course when I try it says my account doesn’t exist
And I just went to tech support and it gave me an ai that told me to go to the website help login
And that said there where no issues and that I could log in now
And when I tried it told me my account doesn’t exist again
