so i have an external harddrive and prior to this it was completely fine but i was trying to recover data off of a dead internal harddrive to no luck, so everything should be back to normal but now my harddrive is read-only and i cant delete/add new files & cant use steam
note: when trying to recover data from my dead internal harddrive i ran a chkdsk thing on my external harddrive and cancelled it, that might have something to do with it and when i had the dead interal harddrive plugged in my pc wouldnt start and would go to advanced options so that might also have somethint do with it
