Video shows it all, whenever I’m doing the most random stuff sometimes the frame on my screen randomly gets glitched and stays on it then pops up later, has never happened before but a few windows updates ago my driver got removed for some reason so I had to reinstall then it started happening. Also is more common whenever I’m running a game

reboot your PC after applying

#

the issue is a mix of windows/gpu drivers breaking this for specific hardware combinations, they broke it like a year or two ago, and maybe they'll fix it sometime

#

but for now just disabling MPO is a decent workaround

another workaround is simply just disabling gpu hardware acceleration, but that's a worse option

I turned off the hw acceleration it still messed up chrome or whatever it is in the background so all I need is the file that disable MPO and it should be fixed? It won’t mess anything else up?

I had this same exact thing but it got randomly fixed with a windows update

it used to be more widespread, gpu drivers have resolved a lot but some cards are still affected like RTX3080 and 6900XT

for those the only fix atm is to disable MPO
