Okay, so I'm playing games like cs, seige, not just games, but also Netflix and other stuff in fullscreen, also tried boderless, and when I'm not using my keyboard or mouse or anything, my taskbar randomly pops up, and my game randomly alt tabs out (these are on games), and on Netflix fullscreen, it just pops up. and yes, I've closed all of the applications, including the bottom pop up bar. I use Start all back, and I deleted it to see if that was the problem, but it still appears up. I'm not sure when this started to occur, but it started on Windows 11, which I only installed around 2-3 months ago. It gets incredibly annoying. Also it occures multiple times on fifa as i was using a controller and it still alt tab out in the middle of the game.
