I was playing forza horizon then my game froze, i restarted the game but they said my account has been locked (I havent done anything) Tried Logging in but couldnt, tried to verify that thats me by putting phone number but still didnt work need help

When i try to sign in with different account it just redirects me to the same page ( enter your password page )
