Hey all, every time I do something like right click on a app, or open it, whole desktop reloads. Not all does this, for example task manager works, and CMD too but when I wanted to start CMD as admin to do SFC scannow, it reloaded. I'm lost, no clue what to do.

It's fine, but there is a chance you'll have to replace something
As mentioned, I suggest you try an in-place repair; it's one button if you're on 24H2

Update finished now I am on a black screen with just the cursor
nevermind, after 20 minutes update resumed
Booted up, havent restarted or done sfc or anything and seems to be working fine, as a last question, should i run sfc scnnow or anything just to "make sure"?
