external microphone suddenly not working

I own my condenser microphone since april last year, and suddenly last january the mic isn't working only in my laptop. other laptops worked fine, I also replaced the mic with a new one and nothing changed. I've tried using different ports, reinstalling driver and nothing worked. In the settings the volume is stuck on 0. In more sound settings, the levels are missing.
