Hi, Recently been having some issues with my windows 10 install such as freezing, having to restart file explorer, and the computer shutting down while in use

Wanted to reset it, but it always ends with this error.

So far I have tried
-SFC/ DISM
-Resetting within windows settings
-USB with the windows 10 LTSC within OS
-Advanced Startup -> Troubleshoot -> Reset
-Extracting ISO to alternative drive and running via command line
-Uninstalling .net framework and reattempting

From what I can tell booting from usb directly doesn't allow you to keep your files/ apps

Attempted to use setupdiag to get a log file but it failed and outputted a setupmem.dmp file

I attached my driver.txt as suggested from a old forum post

I know I can fresh install but I would really like to avoid that if possible

I have tested my boot drive (SSD) for S.M.A.R.T. errors but it appears to be all in check

If any other log files or information is needed I will provide it imminently
