i mean panda is probably right but you could also try disabling dual banding and swapping to 2.5 or 5(better)hz
if your connection quality is bad it might be dualbanding's fault?
you go to device manager, network adapters, select the one that says wireless or wifi maybe itll be a Killer(R) one, right click to properties, advanced tab
set the top thing which should be 802.11a/b/g Wireless Mode to value of 5Ghz 802.11a or one of the other options
