I tried all the ways of accessing my OneDrive but can't seem to. I did some research and the error code apparently means that my onedrive froze because I went beyond the storage limit. So on the website, I bought more storage for 1.99 a month but it still says I'm low on storage. How can that be? So, I tried every solution for one drive. Checking the Internet connection
Restarting my PC
Check the OneDrive’s server status
Update OneDrive
Reset the OneDrive app
Reinstall the app
and well none of them worked. I thought maybe it was because it says "This One drive Folder already exists on this PC" so I tried using another folder by just making another one to use and select but, Error code 0x8004def7 still pops up. :/ what do I do at this point? Could someone please give me some step by step process on what to do?
