Hey so I’m resetting my windows 10 laptop and it’s been stuck on 23% for almost 30 minutes what can I do?

You can wait more! If its really a long time then you can keep it like that and just search online regarding this i.e on youtube or google and find relevant vids and websites where this problem is discussed. Dont panic. If its a laptop, make sure its plugged in. And Is it stuck on the installation process, or the resetting removal process?

Reset is just not worth it. Depending on what you want to do, a clean install (w a flashdrive) accomplishes much more than a broken reset will ever do.
