On Sunday last week I discovered that I had malware on my pc, I did a scan thanks to three outlook emails saved on the device, the three accounts received a mail of unusual activity ''someone else may have entered your mail'', previously in the 3 emails on a specific day there were many login emails on different ips (China, Turkey, Russia, Colombia). I tell all this because, when I cleaned my pc (with the ''tron'' script), I opened the sessions because they had been closed due to suspicious activity and for fear I did not start the three accounts until I cleaned my computer. The three accounts had been suspended, I could enter the two that are not mine (of my tutors) by their numbers (obviously I activated all the security I could to their emails, I changed the password and activated 2FA), however I could not enter my email, the backup email I do not remember at all and I did not associate any number, they send me a form to verify that it is my account putting precise information and I put what I remember, I add the data I can and it is always the same answer to fill out the form again. I went to microsoft technical support, I had to create a separate email from outlook to be able to talk to them since you can't if you don't log in, and they only told me that an ia controls the forms and you can't skip that step for the security of the account. Yesterday I found an official microsoft page that helped you with a different form, was from a form sending to outlook a message about why you think your account should be reactivated, and I did it, I put the email I recently created for them to send me the answer. Today I tried to enter the 2nd email and they blocked it for violating the rules, it asks for a number to verify me and when sending the code it says ''microsoft cannot send the code now''. I am desperate to enter my email because I have everything linked there and microsoft technical support did not help me much so my last option is here. I understand that maybe the answer is the same that I can't skip the form, I just wanted to try to get a different answer.

This happens to everyone, there are constant brute force attempts on MS accounts.

I'm not sure I'd run a random script on my PC to combat malware... Reinstalling Windows is the only real solution.

I imagine you found the ComplianceLock form...and yes, you cannot avoid it for suspended accounts. It's hard to recover accounts that are locked this way, you basically lost your house keys in the ocean and need to prove you own them. Not only that, you need to pass their questions. It doesn't help that you're forgetful either.
