#Applications not opening

Hi, I have laptops that are managed by Jumpcloud.
I have 2 users now that are not able to open any applications unless they are given Admin rights (obviously we don't want this as we have a Admin account on all)
Specs for both laptops
Lenovo Yoga 20WE
Windows 10 Pro (19045.5011)

would it be something in the group policy management in the windows server active directory as that could be affecting it if the laptops are domain managed?
We use a Third party endpoint manager, we have not made any configuration changes within that.
