#My windows is chaos

Hi, first off, my main question is, will factory resetting my pc help get rid of any hardware problems I might possibly have?

Background information:
To be quick, I opened the back plate to check my led light for my fans, nothing was out of the ordinary, so I left it as it was. When moving my pc back, the main power cord connected to my power supply is wonky, so moving it just a tiny bit will act as if the power was turned off then on, resulting in my Pc restarting. I didn’t think much of it since it’s happened before and nothing went wrong, but this time was different, I turn on my pc again and it’s doing all sorts of things

When I turn on my pc, I’m getting the windows loading for a few minutes, then it blue screens, and it just loops. Or other times, it starts a disk repair, and I wait an hour for it to finish, nothing happens, and it goes back to the windows loading and blue screening.

Somehow, there has been times where I am able to get onto the log in screen, and when I sign in, I’m prompted with the error messages I attached.

I don’t really know what to do anymore and my last thought is to get onto the windows troubleshoot menu and factory reset my pc, to see if that fixes it.

I appreciate all the help I can get, and I most likely won’t answer any comments until the morning. Thank you

I'm lazy to read, bu if you have unique issues packed many, then reinstall Windows 👍
