Hello! My windows 11 pc recently just started displaying a blurry screen when attempting to log in. There are no login boxes, only the four buttons in the bottom right. I’m not sure if this is a winlogon issue, but I can’t login. Every so often a loading wheel comes up and eventually comes back to the blurry screen.

I’ve tried rebooting multiple times

(CTRL + ALT + DEL) does nothing
