#Cant download Microsoft store

Overnight, my PC had downloaded an update. It logged me out of my OneDrive and most/all my files. Im logged back into my OneDrive, but my files are still gone. Though, despite my files being wiped, i still have my apps, but they wont open even with a reset.

One of these apps is Microsoft store, it wont open so i cannot download my apps again. I tried to download it again, but it wont open, or even download. I have tried to:

Restart the app
Run as administrator
Try to download using the browsers (OperaGX) 'open in app'.
Restart my PC.

I dont know what else to do, and i tried to search something up but nothing showed up. I dont know why this update caused this, and i dont know what update this was. It wasnt a virus, either.

all of the apps i cannot open have a black line underneath them. i didnt put those lines thee, and i dont know what they mean. im not well-versed with technology and this has never occured before to me or my friends.

i am inable to. i dont know what else to do. i also know the update wasnt over 10 days ago, because my PC lost everything yesterday. Im now unsure if this wasnt a virus, it may have been but im not good with technology so i dont know how to identify one.
