hello guys i dont know if this is the right channel for this but im stuck in a "Help us Secure your Account" loop i made my microsoft account years ago and i dont have access to the recovery email is there anyway i can get it back otherwise
im also signed into the account on the inbox app on my pc but its not allowing me to get it back

looks like you're stuck on Microsoft's recovery process, have you tried filing out the recovery form? enter the account email you

are you still possiblty signed into the account from any trusted device? pc, mobile, any device

i am singed into the inbox app on my pc

but whenever i try to "fix my account" it doesnt work

try checking your account details in the app, any kind of information that could help with recovery for the microsoft recovery forum

Because at this point if you don't have enough information to recover the account, it's unlikely you'll recover it in any way you try, although I'll surf the internet and look for solutions

could you please check if there are any devices linked to the account? if it shows the device youre currently on then it could help when microsoft asks about recovery
