Damn that's very nice looking, Linux really is significantly more customizable than windows, I wish I could switch but I need it for school and some games
THE GREATEST DEBIAN CUSTOMIZATION OF ALL TIME IS HERE OUT THERE YOU DESERVE IT 🔥
most games work just fine, the only ones that dont work are the ones that use anticheat. for school i guess u use office and maybe some coding things, so in fact, at least people say so, linux is better for coding and for office u can try libreoffice, i find it more capable and even easier to use in my practice. also, u can try dualbooting, its a great way to get familiar with linux, if u do so i recomend debian trixie with kde desktop, but linux mint is actually better for newbies.
Ehh... I've tried some distros in vms and I gotta say personally I really like fedora with gnome, the prob with the games is most of the games I play either have anticheat or are Xbox games, the libreoffice I could use, but we use teams pretty heavily and teams in a browser isn't fun to use, I'll consider dualbooting after I get a sata to USB connector for my 3rd drive I can get some space to put it there
havent got that much experience with other distros, people seem to like fedora, i guess its good too, but i think debian is a bit more supported, by well, anything, cause of ubuntu, mint and all the derivatives that made apt package manager the most popular one and .deb packages are usually the ones that are mostly available. also it has the best stability, and with trixie u get new software also while not sacrificing much of stability. also i just googled that teams are available for linux. internet said, that there are available .deb and .rpm packages, so debian is covered here and fedora uses .rpm, so iv guess your only problem would be anticheat games. also not sure, but most xbox games might be also on steam, and when proton is enabled in steam settings, u can play basically anything
I didn't know teams was on linux, well if that is the case then when I do get the connector I will definitely dualboot and try to switch other
doesn't make me switch to Linux ;-)
I need more reasons to use it
I want Metro GUI not CLI or TUI
I use 8.1 and 10
also these other OSs don't have MS Paint
which is in my opinion the only good drawing app (bad for image editing tho)
where are Resoure Hacker and Notepad++
i was looking at your desktops and they all look the same
I used the Cairo DE on my Windows 10 laptop and it looked completely different
