#Chrome: Keep this style of UI with newest update.

I want to keep this style of Chrome's UI but even on 125 it needs a couple of arguments in order to not use the updated one. Is there a better way to achieve this or one that works on newest? I'm not a security freak but I don't want to stay behind on vulnerability fixes.
