On August 9th, 2023, my Microsoft account was stolen. The password was changed, another email was added, and mine was removed. I tried contacting the helpline, but unfortunately, the bot I’m speaking with directs me to a page that doesn’t help, rather than to an actual representative who could assist me. I have screenshots from my email and computer proving that the account is mine. I have a game, Minecraft, on the account, which is important to me, and I would really like to recover it. If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it, as I feel like I’ve tried everything to recover the account, but nothing has worked so far.
