The audio Service not running - no audio from pc, doesn't reconize any audio device plugged or mic

Hello i am desperately looking for a solution to this issue, im not sure if it's just me needing a new motherboard or not trying something but if anyone knows how to fix this please let me know. i've tried re-installing Retelk audio drivers which caused booting issues. i also reinstalled them normally from my motherboard manufacture site. i tried using the repair startup screen where it gives you options for the start up troubleshoot and other advanced trouble shooting methods and i've also messed around with sound settings to avail. if anybody can help definitely let me know

There are 2 ways of doing those steps, either you have the latest W11 and have that option or you do it the old fashion way and download the ISO
