If it's custom built, you download it from the motherboard manufacturer's support page: ASUS, ASrock, NZXT, EVGA, etc

If it's a prebuilt or a laptop: From the manufacturer's driver website like MSI, Lenovo, Dell, HP, Acer, etc

Once you're there, look for the driver section > audio
