Hello, I'm having trouble resetting my Windows 10. When I run the reset if I choose to delete all files and clean everything it hangs at 5% saying that an error has occurred and when I reset keeping my files and asking to clean everything it also blocks but at 90%. Does anyone know how to fix this or have any idea how to fix it? Thank you in advance for your answers.
