After sleep mode, green stripes appeared on my laptop.

I didn’t leave the laptop for long; the sleep mode turned on by itself. After I exited it, green stripes appeared on the screen, but it still works. Help

It sure looks like a physical broken screen to me, I don't think it can be fixed without a replacement.

here's a way to see if the problem is physical or a OS issue:: do you see the weird lines and stuff if you go into your BIOS settings?

if you see it there, then you know your OS has nothing to do with it and it's physical broken in the real world

it could honestly be as simple as a lose ribbon cable inside where it runs between the panel display and the actual motherboard
