I use an ethernet cable connected to my windows 11 pc, and everything used to be smooth until the homeowners changed to a different internet service provider a few days ago. Now I keep loosing connection every 5-10 min or so.
I have tried a few solutions (like resetting network settings), but honestly I don't really know where to start. I don't think the problem lies within the ethernet cable itself, since things used to be smooth before. Also, I still have the same internet speed as before (around 500mbps download and upload) when I still have connection.
I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction, since I'm very noob when it comes to these sorts of things. Maybe there is like a procedure one has to do in order for the pc to get used to the new internet setup installed by the new internet service provider? (i have no idea)
