Snipping Tool Unable To Capture Both Monitors

Unfortunately a windows update a few weeks back changed this functionality so you can no longer go across both monitors, i'm sure plenty of people have provided feedback on this given it is simply a really weird change for them to make

you would need to roll it back, yup
unfortunately off the top of my head I have no idea which update actually caused it
