By 'batches' what you do mean? .bat files?

Command prompt is what handles the commands, sometimes you see it open on your screen but if it stays open and doesn't automatically close then there's a problem

If you leave task manager open when you turn your pc off it automatically opens, I do it all the time to check my resource usage

Does it give you an error? Can you try to show what happens?

I think it means it's too much for your pc to handle and it's doing it to protect itself

I think your pc is seeing it as a threat

I think it's your computer trying to protect itself by making it run different to how it should

#

Check your disk utilisation

That's your storage, I mean how much is being used by looking in task manager
