Actually, I have to go. If there is no signal, take a look at step 4, 5, 6 in this guide: https://rtech.support/docs/guides/No-Image-Troubleshooting.html#step-4-use-only-one-ram-stick

If it works if you plug the cable into the upper iGPU port, then your PC is good, but the GPU is having issues.

Okay, just nothing, no access to BIOS either. Which leaves us with two common reasons:

PSU (yes, they can work halfway)
GPU trouble (if you can, try a cheap one)

If possible, you can also try moving the GPU to the second PCIe slot:

Yeah, since you can't even get into the BIOS. The GPU or the PSU are the nearby suspects.
