no, you've just filled your drive too full

your storage is constantly in flux. background programs create and delete temp files, log files are written to, etc.

you should always have ~15-20% free on the drive, being this full makes it very difficult for these background tasks to work efficiently. it slows down the performance of the drive and can degrade it faster
